My alarm didn't ring
- If there's a red notice at the top of the home screen, turn on the permissions it mentions (notifications, full-screen notifications, exact alarms).
- iPhone (iOS 26 and later): go to Settings → Dewray and turn on Alarms. If it's off, the alarm can't sound in silent mode.
- Android: exclude Dewray from power saving and battery optimization (the menu name varies by manufacturer).
- The alarm plays at your alarm volume. If the alarm volume is at 0, the app will let you know.
- The alarm stops on its own after ringing for 10 minutes. You can still do your wake-up check-in afterwards (until 13:00), and it will be recorded.
Moving to a new phone
- iPhone → iPhone: restore from an iCloud backup or use Quick Start, and your records come with you.
- Android → Android: Google backup needs to be on for your old phone. When setting up the new phone with the same Google account, choose to restore from backup — your records and alarm settings come with you.
- Android ↔ iPhone: records can't be moved between Android and iPhone yet.
- Deleting the app also deletes the records stored on your device.
Purchases and refunds
- Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. Please request refunds from the store you paid through.
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory (request a refund from your order history)
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- The Supporter Pack can be restored on the same store account with "Restore purchases". You'll find it at the bottom of the Rays screen — tap the ray count at the top of the home screen.
- Rays from ray packs are stored on your device and are lost if you delete the app.
Neighborhood (with friends)
- Send your neighborhood code to friends — up to 5 people, including you, can join.
- When you leave the neighborhood, your information is deleted from the server right away.
- If you get a new phone, rejoin with your neighborhood code.
